About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and proactive Transition Coordinator to join the Enliven team. This role is pivotal in guiding future tenants through their transition into Enliven Housing, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
As part of our collaborative and hands-on team, you will provide personalised support, help navigate the complexities of securing appropriate housing, and engage with tenants, their support networks, and service providers to ensure a smooth transition.
